Today was supposed to be our first day of clinic, but as we mentioned, due to the government, we had to cancel. Though disappointed, it ended up being a blessing in disguise. We were able to take the day and pack medications… we are still planning on hosting four clinics!

We were able to spend time in the OR observing or helping with surgery…

With one of our group members even being able to deliver a baby via C-section!

We were also able to spend time walking around the city and have some fun!

We also spent some time playing with the hospital staffs’ kids and gave them clothes that we brought with us.

Tomorrow we will start day one of clinic!
